Lately, I have felt very overwhelmed with life in general and in return I feel like I had to take a small breather from my blog. Not kidding… I did not realize how fulfilling blogging made me until I took the break. It made me see how great of an outlet this is for me (and so many other bloggers) for my passion of fashion and beauty. However, something that I have really realized over the past week or so is that taking breaks and time off is more than necessary and it is OK to not be able to do everything all the time. I am such a go-go-go person that I think it is very easy for me to forget that I need to take a break every once in a while. All that being said, I am so happy to be back in full swing and back in my every day routine, but remember breaks are a good thing y’all! So take advantage of those paid vacation days! 😚
If there is anything that I keep reaching for me in my closet this fall, it is OTK boots with a light sweater (especially one with statement sleeves). This mauve colored sweater is one that I think is a perfect staple for every closet. It is appropriate for any age and style, because you could wear it so many different ways. I love how the neckline is high like a turtleneck, but still a little loose. The split sleeves are also a plus to keep cool in the hotter fall months.
