What is the sale?
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is one of the biggest and best retail sales of the year. Lots of amazing designer items, beauty products, shoes, etc go on MAJOR sale this one time of year! The perfect time to stock up on all your basics for the year. I will be giving lots and lots of coverage during the entire sale to make sure you all don’t miss any restocks, etc!
When does it start?
July 11: Icons and Nordy Club Exclusive members online access starts
July 12: Early Access Starts at 12:30 EST for Nordstrom Cardholders only
July 19: Sale opens to the Public
How do I receive early access to the sale?
All you have to do is apply and get a Nordstrom card in order to get early access to the #nsale . Something that is different this year is that you do have to buy all your items with the card but you could immediately pay it off!
Is the sale really worth it?
10000% — I get most of my big staples during this sale for a fraction of the costs! I definitely think that some things aren’t that great of a sale but there are A LOT of staples like jeans, shoes, cardigans, basics– and this year adding baby gear to the round up– that are totally worth snagging!
My top tips for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019:
- Have a plan before shopping– take a look at the catalog and really decide what you are shopping for and buy those items first
- Items sell fast– I stay up late the night the sale opens until 4 am to make sure I get the stuff I want because a lot of the time it will be gone by morning
- GET. A. CARD– one of the biggest issues last year was that everything completely sold out during early access. So when the sale opened to public nothing restocked. All you have to do is apply for a card the day before!
