3 Man Approved Crock Pot Meals to Cook for Dinner Tonight

I don’t know about y’all but I am always looking for new ideas that are easy and finance approved to cook for dinner around here (aka they have to contain meat LOL). Today I wanted to share a few of our crock pot go-to recipes that are quick, easy to make and so delicious!

Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

  • 1 lb of ground turkey
  • 2 cans (10.75 oz) of tomato soup (low sodium)
  • 2 cans of kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can of black beans, drained
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes (mild or spicy)
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • plain greek yogurt or sour cream (topping)
  • shredded cheesee (topping)
  1. Cook ground turkey in skillet with oil until brown. Drain.
  2. In a slow cooker/crock pot, mix cooked turkey, tomato soup, beans, onion, diced tomatoes, and all spices
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
  4. Top with plain greek yogurt/sour cream and cheese. Enjoy!

Crock Pot Stuffed Bell Peppers

  • 4-5 bell peppers
  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 (10 oz) can of enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 diced yellow onion
  • 1 cup of cooked Mexican rice
  • 1 cup of Colby Jack shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sour cream (toppings)
  • salsa (toppings)
  1. Cut the tops off each bell pepper and remove any seeds/stems from the inside.
  2. In a bowl, combine raw ground beef, enchilada sauce, onion, rice, shredded cheese, salt and pepper. Combine ingredients together and stuff each bell pepper with the mixture.
  3. Fill bottom of crockpot with water (1 inch). Place stuffed bell peppers inside.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Top with sour cream, salsa and cheese. Enjoy!

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sliders

  • 2 lbs of boneless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz bottle of buffalo sauce (we love Moores)
  • 1 oz packet of Ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • pack of Hawaiian King Rolls
  1. Place the chicken breasts, buffalo wing sauce, ranch seasoning, and minced garlic in crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 4-6 hours until meat is shredded.
  3. Add butter and stir together.
  4. Cook for 1 additional hour on low.
  5. Heat rolls in microwave (covered) for 30 seconds.
  6. Combine meat with rolls for mini sliders! Enjoy!
